BASIC TERMS OF THE OFFER

Subject of the offer: Sale of Undeveloped, industrial area in total: about 10/ha, GOLENIÓW,(DK S3-S6)
The area in Goleniów in (GPP) Goleniów Industrial Park (Łozienica), located near the airport, railway,
on the national road (DK S3-S6) towards: -> Świnoujście, Szczecin, -> Koszalin, -> Wroclaw

Destination of the area:
1) production facilities, storage and warehousing facilities;
2) wholesale trade facilities;
3) transport and reloading and construction bases;
4) research, technological and logistic centers;
5) facilities using renewable energy sources along with accompanying buildings functionally related to the basic purpose, including buildings with photovoltaic systems with a capacity not exceeding 100kW;
6) car washes, petrol stations;
7) administrative and social development;

As regards the principles of shaping the buildings and land development indicators, the following are established:
1) buildings are not more than 27 m high,
2) building height not more than 70 m;
3) no more than 3 storeys;
4) building area not greater than 95% of the building plot area;
5) building intensity indicators from 0.1 to 2.85;
6) biologically active area not less than 5% of the building plot area;
7) roofs of any structure and shape;
8) the obligation to shape the buildings in accordance with the established building lines.
